Application of AC Resonance Testing System without Partial Discharge

The non-destructive series resonant test device is a device used to test the insulation performance of power systems and the insulation level of electrical equipment.Its usage method is as follows:
 

Connection Equipment:First,connect the high voltage output terminal of the non-partial discharge series resonance test device to the high voltage side of the tested equipment,and connect the low voltage output terminal to the low voltage side of the tested equipment.

Adjust Frequency:Adjust the frequency of the non-discharge series resonant test device to match the frequency of the tested device according to the rated frequency of the tested device.

Applying Voltage:Set the voltage of the no partial discharge series resonance test device according to the rated voltage of the tested equipment and the test requirements.

Experimental Procedure:Turn on the switch of the no partial discharge series resonant test equipment to initiate voltage output.Simultaneously observe the voltage and current conditions of the tested equipment and record them.

Test result analysis:Based on the experimental results,it is determined whether the insulation level of the tested equipment meets the requirements.If the voltage and current waveforms are normal,and no abnormal situations occur,then the insulation level of the tested equipment is good.
