Test steps for impulse voltage generator:
Connect according to the experimental schematic,select appropriate wave head and wave tail resistors,and make the impulse voltage generator output lightning impulse voltage;
After the supervising teacher checks the wiring and confirms that it is correct,all personnel should leave the experimental area;
Remove the grounding rod from the capacitor of the impact body,ensure that there is no one in the experimental area,and close the experimental area;
Connect the power supply to the experimental console of the impulse voltage generator,set the charging voltage of each level to the design value on the control operation interface,charge for 40 seconds,and adjust the ball gap distance to automatic adjustment;Press the charging button;
After synchronous discharge of the impact machine,record this waveform;Click the grounding button on the console,turn off the power,and hang the grounding rod on the non grounding end of the first stage capacitor of the impact generator.Calculate the efficiency of lightning impulse voltage generatorη。
Install the horn gap and use it as the load for the impulse voltage test to measure the gap distance between the horns;
Determine 50%lightning impulse discharge voltage of the test object using a multi-level method;Determine 50%lightning impulse discharge voltage of the test object using the rise and fall method;
Click the grounding button on the console,turn off the power,and hang the grounding rod on the non grounding end of the first stage capacitor of the impact generator.
Connect the output terminal of the impact machine body from the fourth stage capacitor to the voltage divider,disconnect the wave head resistance and charging resistance between the fourth and fifth stages,short circuit the discharge ball gap of the fifth stage,and remove the sheep horn gap;Repeat steps 3-7 and observe the changes in the output voltage waveform.
Use the capacitor as the load for the impulse voltage test,repeat steps 3-7,and observe the changes in the output voltage waveform;
After the experiment is completed,disconnect the main power supply and restore the cleanliness of the experimental site
