  1.Product Overview:

  This device is mainly designed and manufactured for AC withstand voltage tests of 10kV,35kV,and 110kV cable laying and power system.The reactor is designed with multiple separate units to meet the testing requirements of high voltage and low current equipment.It is an ideal withstand voltage equipment for high-voltage test departments at the county,city,and district levels,as well as for power installation,maintenance,and testing engineering units.The device mainly consists of a variable frequency control power supply,excitation transformer,high-voltage reactor,and capacitive voltage divider.The device is mainly composed of a variable frequency control power supply,excitation transformer,reactor,and capacitive voltage divider.

  This equipment is the fourth generation of AC Resonant Test System upgraded based on our company's years of production experience and market feedback.It differs from previous equipment with its black and white screen,low sensitivity of touch simulation digital processing control,and single selection of input power supply.The fourth generation AC Resonant Test System features a human-machine interface with a 32-bit RISC CPU and a streamlined LINX kernel,a 7-inch touch screen in true color graphic format,displaying test resonance frequency curve,voltage boost curve,timing curve,high voltage current,high voltage,and low voltage current true effective value digitally on the interface.It also has protective functions,with more sensitive low voltage current,high voltage,and flashover voltage protection.Its greatest advantage is that it can work with input power supplies of both 220V and 380V without limitation.

  2.Test Objects:

  1.To meet the AC withstand voltage test of 10kV,300mm2,8000m cross-linked cables,with a test frequency of 30-300Hz,a capacitance of<3.00u,and a maximum test voltage not exceeding 22kV.

  2.To meet the AC withstand voltage test of 35kV,300m2,3000m cross-linked cables,with a test frequency of 30-300Hz,a capacitance of<0.583uF,and a maximum test voltage not exceeding 52kV.

  3.To meet the AC withstand voltage test of 110kV,300mm2,1000m cross-linked cables,with a test frequency of 30-300Hz,a capacitance of<0.147u,and a maximum test voltage not exceeding 128kV.

  4.AC withstand voltage test for 110kV power transformers,reactors,insulators,through-wall busbars,and GIS multi-combination high-voltage switches,with a test frequency of 45-65Hz,and a maximum test voltage of 264kV.
